Situated at relaxing area Wienerberg with direct connection by public transport to city centre. Relax in our 152 modern rooms, comfortably equipped with king size bed, rainshower, ac, tv, free wifi.
"The room was a decent size, but the amenities were very basic. The carpets were a bit grubby. It's located in what felt like a suburban area, which was very quiet. There's a subway-like public transport option for getting around. At this price point, it's definitely one of the cheapest options around. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for the night."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserI had a fantastic stay at Jimmy’s Apartment Lory and can confidently say it is one of the best places to stay in Vienna.
The location is excellent and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The apartment is within easy walking distance of trams, buses, and the underground, making it simple to reach all major attractions. There are also supermarkets and other essential services nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The reservation and booking process was seamless from start to finish. The communication system is very efficient, and the check-in process was smooth, well-organized, and easy to follow. The reservation team was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and everything needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Jimmy’s Apartment to anyone planning to visit Vienna. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
GGuest UserALL Staff were absolutely incredible- polite, knowledgeable and couldn’t do anymore for us.
Hotel brilliant, room fantastic and clean and all only 10 minutes from the Museum quarter.
Rooftop bar and staff brilliant- food exquisite and super selection of drinks
Only one question - do you have anymore hotels more hotels
LLenshyuuI stayed for 3 days, and the service mostly met my expectations. They helped with luggage, and the turndown service and daily room cleaning were all provided as they should be.
The rooftop bar also offers a nice view.
There's a gym and a pool downstairs too.
Breakfast really depends on the main course you order; after a few days, I found the English breakfast and Eggs Benedict to be quite good.
The room had high ceilings, and the view outside the window was also pleasant.
Since it's right next to the City Park, it's very close to the station for the Airport Express (CAT) and places like the Musikverein (Golden Hall).
From the hotel, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace, or Hofburg Palace within 20 minutes by metro or tram.
By the way, buying a city card that includes the airport pass is quite worthwhile (the hop-on hop-off bus didn't seem to have much purpose).
Public transport is excellent; the metro and trams are very well-developed, and they run late, pretty much covering everything you'd need.
The CAT goes directly from the airport to City Park in one stop, taking only 16 minutes.

Great
AAgnesAngThe hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, galleries, and major tourist spots, and the front desk and bell staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile, especially with the lovely birthday cake. However, we did notice a water leakage sound in our room during the night.

Great
Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserBesides the small kitchenette in the room, there's also a large communal kitchen available, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. The shower has plenty of hot water. Complimentary coffee and tea are offered at the front desk. There's also a co-working space and a gym. You can use a card for the washing machine and dryer, which cost 5.5 Euros for washing and 5 Euros for drying. Just be careful not to swipe your card twice; if you're unsure, you can ask the 24-hour staff at the front desk. Also, there's a lovely ********* lady at the front desk. It would be even better if the cleanliness of the communal kitchen could be improved, for instance, emptying the trash cans twice a week, and cleaning the dishwasher, inside of the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster once a week, with proper checks to ensure the cleaning is done thoroughly.
GGuest UserWarm and comfortable, good location, a bit far from the airport, the subway is not particularly close, it is not convenient to pull luggage, the small biscuits sent in the room are allergic, so I went to the hospital. The biscuit ingredients are not marked, it is recommended that the hotel improve

Very Good
GGuest UserI left a review already but that is a second reservation I had. The hotel is not super fancy or imperial but the location is beautiful. Residential. Quiet. Great bus tram and underground system right by hotel. So many supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and stores right in the same block. Nice morning buffet. An amazing pastry shop right in the hotel. Rooms are super clean. You get 2 free water and 2 free beer. Highly recommend.
UU38066Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF.
Superclean!
Good staff for cooking.
The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys.
I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
