Stayed for a week and had a great time in Vienna. This place is walking distance to key local site and lots of public transport. Was quiet and pretty comfortable. But watch your hear, as the bed was stuck underneath those sharp sloping ceiling of a top floor Vienna apar**ent.

Please please please avoid.... we did a trip over 2 weeks across 5 capital cities and this was our only bad accommodation choice. The apar**ent they give you will bear NO RESEMBLANCE whatsoever to the photos on booking sites... frankly I class this as a scam. It is unclean, VERY LOUD. There are bars and pubs literally underneath you so noise til the early hours of the morning and no escape from the noise. No staff and zero customer service. Please just avoid - I'm also worried about security here as the code is the same for your apar**ent as it is for the front public door and there are constantly people lurking outside the door as you input your code from the surrounding bars... horrendous experience.

Siete degli imbroglioni pazzeschi. Due giorni prima del mio arrivo, avete cancellato la prenotazione nonostante la capienza sulla carta data per la prenotazione, non avete utilizzato nessun messaggio per comunicarmi questo aspetto, avete dato la responsabilità a booking e non siete stati di supporto. Una volta che la prenotazione è stata cancellata, la disponibilità è scomparsa e naturalmente a prezzi più elevati rispetto a quello garantito in sede di prenotazione. Siete da denuncia. We arrived and instantly noticed the lack of cleanliness-excessive hair in the bathroom, dirty and mud all over the floor. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on booking sites. After multiple attempts at trying to get a solution there was no option other than a ‘clean’ the next day, the 2nd attempt was no better. Reception was shut more then it was open leaving us to deal with a 3rd party reception desk over the phone which was woeful to say the least. We have traveled extensively throughout Asia and Europe staying in some pretty cheap places along the way even backpackers and we have never experienced poorer service or a less sanitary room than this.

Don't book here! Cancelled my booking on arrival as they had overbooked. Contacted them to check-in by phone and everything was fine. Then they responded with a cancellation message. Left me stranded and would not answer the phone.

Excellent location and surroundings! Very quiet and cozy place. Walking distance to main attractions area. Two dozen various restaurants and cafes are within a 5-minutes walk... Comfortable room and optimal kitchen- and tableware. Very professional and effective staff. Recommended to all our friends...

Appartamento essenziale, in posizione centrale è dotato di ogni comfort, pur essendo molto piccolo ! Affacciato su locali frequentati da molti giovani la sera risulta essere ben insonorizzato! Vicino al supermercato Spar, dotato di asciugacapelli e lavastoviglie oltre che di ferro da stiro e asse!!!!!

Sono stata per due notti in questo mini appartamento al centro di Vienna. La posizione è ottima ed è l’ideale per chi vuole vivere Vienna non solo di giorno ma anche di sera. È molto vicino al famoso ‘triangolo delle Bermuda’ e proprio vicino l’appartamento ci sono due locali molto carini e pieni di gente. Tuttavia anche se la strada è molto frequentata di sera non si sentono i rumori provenienti dall’esterno. Il locale è ben arredato, molto moderno, ben riscaldato e pulito. Il servizio da bagno è ottimo.
