Great
GGuest UserThis was the most satisfying hotel among all the places I stayed in across four cities in three Eastern European countries. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with standard amenities for a star-rated hotel, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also quite good; it's roughly a 20-minute walk to the main city center, and Belvedere Palace is just 6-8 minutes away on foot. I found the cleanliness, service, and overall environment to be excellent, and it offers outstanding value for money. However, if you prefer not to walk as much, you might consider staying closer to the city center. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, tasteful interiors, spacious rooms with balcony, very clean, superb personnel and great location in front of Schönbrunn Castle gardens and close to U4 line to the City Centre (about 15min by subway to reach Karlsplatz/Opera/Ringstr).
With my highest recommendations.
JJohn Vincent (JV)3 days stay in Daniel, itâs my first time for this hotel. The room is nice, stylish on design. Toilet from the door seperate from the shower next to window side, not sure if many likes that. Bed looks good but not soft, pillows are made of feathers so a little bit picking, comforter is not intact. No mini bar option, no disposable slipper. The shower is great, good flow of water. I didnât see any attendant check my room for 3 days which is sad.
Breakfast the same set up for 3 days, in restaurant staffs are not focussed, for 3x breakfast, 2x dinner, only the lady with curly hair is on point. Plants and ceiling are dusty. Bread is all day available.
Reception are friendly. Popcorn all day available for free. The entire hotel has not much facilities, I just thought above floors or roof top would be a good spot on the boat.
GGuest UserHarry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me. Â The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall. Â Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna). Â
The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful. Â The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious. Â Several big windows had a nice view out. Â I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good. Â Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options.
I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna. Â I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so. Â Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna.
AAnonymous UserThe tap water is clean.
I stayed at the Moons hotel during my trip to Vienna and was absolutely delighted! I'd like to share my experience.
**What I particularly liked:**
- **Location.** The hotel is conveniently located â major attractions are within walking distance or a short public transport ride away. There are cafes and shops nearby, which is very handy.
- **Cleanliness and comfort.** The rooms are impeccably clean, and the bed linen and towels are always fresh. The interior is modern and well-designed â you can feel the care taken for guests' comfort.
- **Service.** The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive. They answer any questions quickly, help with organizing excursions, and provide city recommendations.
- **Tap water.** I especially want to highlight the water quality â it's absolutely clean, with no strange smells or tastes. You can safely drink it straight from the tap, which was a big plus for me.
- **Breakfast.** The morning meal was delightful with its variety: fresh fruits, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, hot dishes â there's plenty to choose from.
**Conclusion:** The Moons hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and a great location. I recommend it for both leisure and business trips. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna!
11391165****This hotel boasts a good location, right on the edge of the old town, making it possible to reach most major attractions within a 20-30 minute walk. The hotel itself is rather unremarkable; the rooms are dated, and the furnishings are mediocre. Most of the staff only provide basic service and aren't particularly friendly or enthusiastic. It's convenient for its location, but the value for money is pretty poor.

SStanley The Travel ManIt is hard to find a reasonable priced hotel in Vienna. If you want to stay in the old city, you have to pay double the price of this hotel or more. This hotel is near Tram line # 2 about 5 minutes away. You can buy ticket online so this location is a compromise between price and location. You pay a less in return for staying a bit away from the center of the city across the river. The hotel is situated in a jewish neighborhood. I arrived on Friday and orthodox jews were out in force making me felt like I was in Jerusalem or New Year but there were also a mix of women wearing veils.Â
The hotel breakfast is expensive but in the room free coffee and tea were available free of charge. It has a small desk . The best is on the first floor there is a microwave oven . I used it everyday . I love it.
I stayed in Room 306 and my room shared a wall with the elevator shaft. I requested a room farthest away from the elevator when I reserved it but on arrival , the staff just said â we didnât receive any complains from anyone. If you have issue, we will try to change your room â which I didnât really like the answer because everyone has different tolerance for noise. Although I have to admit that the room has no noise from the elevator. It was in general fairly quiet.Â
The negative maybe is I hear trams passing by every few minutes.  It is not annoyingly loud but noticeable so you donât focus on your mind on the noise, you will be fine.  Also there is only one elevator. The other end of the building also hasÂ
The staff was very nice. I think this is a decent hotel but I like the one that I stayed in right before which offered breakfast , much closer to the city center without crossing the river and more restaurants  choices as it is very close to the pedestrian zone which has a Billa Market. ( Can I mention that the name of the other  hotel is called Jaz in the City ?)

SSusanzaThe room was quite comfortable, but the carpet was too old. The breakfast was quite rich. The restaurant on the 57th floor was closed on Sundays and was booked on Saturdays, so there was no restaurant to eat in. You could only order room service. When you called for service, no one answered the phone or the waiting time was long. So the hotel is far from the 5-star standard.
VVerified Memberđšđđ„đ§Œđïž I think the hotel is in a very well-connected area. Itâs about a 20-minute walk from the main bus and train terminal and just a short metro ride into Old Town for all your sightseeing needs.
The room was spacious with solid housekeeping and a clean, well-kept bathroom. No complaints regarding cleanliness â everything was taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is massive. We were given the very last room at the end of a long corridor, which meant it took nearly five minutes to walk to the elevator. So when you check in, I recommend asking for a room closer to the elevator, otherwise it can be a bit of a hassle going back and forth.
Something that left a bad taste was only being told at checkout that breakfast would be charged as an extra. My honest tip is that if you do decide to have breakfast, just donât mention it. With the number of guests they manage, itâs unlikely theyâll track who actually showed up at the buffet. The breakfast itself was average â your typical hotel spread. The eggs tasted a bit off, but I made it work with multiple cappuccinos from the machine, plus some sausages and toast to fill up.
Overall, nothing fancy, but probably great value considering how expensive Vienna can be. Most importantly, the hotel is very well connected to public transit, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away. That line has frequent trains to and from Old Town, which made sightseeing super convenient.
Iâll probably stay here again, though I donât think the breakfast is worth the price, and I do wish they had been more upfront about the cost from the beginning.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!
