My experience was a good one. Check-in was pretty smooth as I had the information sent to me before my arrival. The breakfast was okay. The location was spot on with easy access to buses, trains and trams. The room was clean with fresh sheets.
The bar food and drinks were lovely as well.

I used a bedroom with stairs, but the stairs were steeper and narrower than I thought, so I couldn't go up and it was uncomfortable in many ways. The room and bathroom are separated by a single curtain, and they are practically attached, so you can hear all the sounds of the bathroom without filtering, so it would be uncomfortable unless you are a family member. (The toilet is separate, so it's okay) Other than this, I was satisfied with everything. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also good to go to major tourist attractions by taking the nearby d tram.

Very nice hotel, very nice design work. Good location juat a few minutes from the Central Train Station, and trams stop in front of the hotel Room nice, bed very comfortable. Shower absolutely new and very good. Very quiet. Very frendly service. I think I'll be back
