During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury.
Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

I got another Ritz room card haha. The location of this hotel is very good. It is only about a five-minute walk from the Golden Hall. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is very good.
The person who helped check in at the front desk was Madeleine. I secretly wrote down her name. She was so nice. She spoke in an organized manner, was very meticulous, and was very friendly. My first impression of this place was very good.
The price of the room is not low. You can get a suite at the same price in China. The space is only about 30 square meters. The shower space here is larger than that in Budapest. There is also a bathtub and the toiletries are also from the diptyque fig series.
The room provides free glass bottles of mineral water every day. It is not as good as the turndown service in Buda, but overall it is very good.

The location here is really great, it's very convenient to everywhere, and you can walk to a long list of famous restaurants. You can walk to shopping and watch theater. This is the first time I live in such a room. The side of the big bed is facing the door. There is no sense of privacy when entering and exiting the door. The waiter comes at 5 pm every day to ask if you want to serve. If you want to take a rest and wake up, you must open the door to respond to this service. The students are willing to stop knocking on the door, and they don't know how to train. The feeling is really bad. The hotel swimming pool and gym are on the ba*****t floor. The quality and service of breakfast are very good. The overall experience is disappointing in the Ritz we have stayed in . However, the hotel is within 500 meters walk from the Golden Hall and the National Grand Theater, which is very convenient.
