Im Rahmen eines Städtetrips in Wien haben uns diverse Filter, der Zufall und andere positive Bewertungen in das Eurostars Embassy Wien geführt. Eine tolle Wahl! Der Eindruck im Internet war schon sehr gut, kurzfristige schriftliche vorab Korrespondenz ebenso einwandfrei. Vor Ort habe wir ein schönes, helles Zimmer aufgefunden das vorbildlich sauber war. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück war außerordentlich freundlich und super hilfsbereit (z.B. Tipps für Sightseeing, die nicht unbedingt dem Massentourismus folgen). Das Frühstück selbst zu 16€ war große klasse! Insgesamt hat auch das Preis -Leistung Verhältnis aim Doppelzimmer gestimmt (ca. 330€ plus Ortstaxe für 2 Nächte). Alles stimmig, beim nächsten Mal Wien wieder das Eurostars Embassy! Herzlichen Dank!

Gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut auch. Generell sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Nice room, but I asked for the least noisy room if possible and was placed right near the elevator. Breakfast was fairly good

Un hotel de 10. Habitación amplia, camas cómodas, limpieza, personal servicial y amable, detallitos que mejoran la experiencia y, además, mucho de su staff habla español. Al tren queva al avión se puede ir andando. Al centro también, aunque son 2 km. Mejor metro o bus. De los mejores hoteles en los que he estado últimamente.

Hotel a sólo 20 minutos caminando de la catedral. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El desayuno buffet pequeño pero variado. Perfecto para conocer la ciudad caminando. Por la noche es perfecto para descansar ya que el aislamiento con el exterior es muy bueno, nos alojamos en las habitaciones del primer piso y no se oía ni un ruido. Tener al menos un empleado que hable español es siempre un punto positivo cuando al viaja al extranjero sino se habla inglés, en el caso de este hotel, siempre habrá al menos uno. Destacar la amabilidad de todos sus trabajadores pero sobre todo a Ariadna, una chica canaria que se desvivió en explicaciones y recomendaciones para conocer mejor la ciudad, amable y servicial hasta el extremo, tienen mucha suerte en la cadena al contar con una trabajadora así, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable.
