The hotel is located, although not in the center, but very convenient regarding transport, the center is 15 minutes by metro, the airport is approximately 40 minutes.
The rooms are good, new, the beds are comfortable
The staff quickly responds to all requests.

The original room allocated was dirty and they did not service it on my first day. They changed the room upon my feedback and there forth cleanliness was up to standard. Though I always find a variety of bugs and insects in my room every day, from a spider the size of half my palm to beetle etc. Guess that is a result of being too close to the garden?

The location is easy to find, just cross the street after getting off the subway. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the facade is small, but the inside is very spacious. Check-in efficiency is a bit low. We arrived early, checked in our luggage and gave us a tip. The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of cheeses and salami, full of energy and protein. Very close to Schönbrunn Palace, within walking distance.

Not bad

Close to Schonbör Palace
The room is big
The garden is also small.
There are many restaurants around
But just like it's not a 5 star hotel
I had to drag the hotel suitcase up the stairs.
(Someone came down and helped me when I checked in)
You have to come down alone (there are only stairs)
The skinny guy at the front desk was very unfriendly.
I think the front desk needs more training.

It was the best hotel in every way! There are delicious restaurants and gelato shops next door, and the station is just a stone's throw away! We walked to Schonbrunn Palace! There are supermarkets and *****tores nearby, so I was able to enjoy it even in my hotel room! Although slippers and toothpaste were not provided, the breakfast omelette was delicious and it was a great stay.
