Out of city center, but conveniently near the metro station, breakfasts are OK, underground parking available, although it’s pretty tight and limited space down there. Parking is pricy at €19 per day, but it’s cheaper than hotel parking a in the city center.

Good location, great service, tasty breakfasts. Unlimited good coffee (or tea) 24/7. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Habitación espaciosa y limpia, buena temperatura, sin ruidos. Hotel muy bien comunicado, con estación de Metro, línea U3, a 10 min. Tranvías también cerca. Zona restaurantes y concurrida. Café, infusiones y chocolate gratis en el Hall del Hotel. Posibilidad de desayunos.

Toilette war während des Aufenthalts nicht regulär benutzbar. Die Klobrille fehlte. Trotz Reklamation kein Beheben des Mangels. Personal dabei bestenfalls indifferent, keine Spur des Bedauerns.

elay Hotel Vienna City West levede ikke op til mine forventninger ud fra beskrivelsen.
Hotellets lobby minder mest af alt om et værkstedslokale oplyst af neonrør, der absolut ikke skaber nogen hyggelig stemning.
Receptionspersonalet virkede temmelig uoplagte, og ikke særligt imødekommende eller informative.
Værelset var ok men ikke specielt hyggeligt indrettet. Møblerne var skræmmede og belysningen ikke specielt hyggelig.
Badeværelset er mørkt - et par spots mere i loftet ville have gjort underværker.
Det var umuligt tage brusebad uden at hele gulvet blev vådt. Afskærmningen til brusenichen burde være længere eller også må der hænges bruseforhæng op.
Morgenmaden var ok men heller ikke mere end det.
Juicen var tynd som vand og smagte stort set ikke af noget ligegyldigt hvilken af de fire forskellige slags man tog.
Det bedste ved dette hotel er beliggenheden. Tæt på shopping og offentlig transport.
