The overall location of the hotel is not remote but it is certainly not in the city center. It takes about 16 minutes to get to the city center by taxi. The hotel's facilities are the most terrible. There is no slippers and toiletries. Not only does it not provide drinking water, but also a kettle needs to be rented. The price is 12 euros a night... The environment is average, and it is defined as an ordinary sub-new hotel. When I left on the last day, I went to the restaurant bar to ask for a cup of hot water. I was told that it would cost 2.4 euros a cup... I felt a little unreasonable...

The hotel is located in a nice area (see picture attached), neat Prater with some cafes around. Room is equipped with basic facilities needed for your stay. Still, no cattle available. I needed a cup of hot water for had to ask for it at the reception.

Could have been better, no parking unless paying extra and also not clear instructions where this was. The rooms are clean and tidy, staff could be a little more trained on using their too (PC, access code, etc). The location was confusing to get to but eventually found it. Parking is free over night just outside the hotel but from 8 am ne one knows if your car will be towed or not so I had wake up and skip breakfast to then drive and park at the Shell petrol station got 9 euro a day then come back for breakfast !

Zakelijk hotel met minimale service en faciliteiten. Service zeer onpersoonlijk en ongastvrij. Personeel bij receptie vriendelijk maar volledig beperkt in hun serviceverlening door zeer zakelijk en rigide management. Verblijf geboekt van 2 nachten. Kamer voor nacht 2 niet schoongemaakt. Bij terugkomst na werkdag om 17:00 gemeld aan de receptie. Housekeeping al naar huis en geen oplossing. Bij uitchecken de volgende ochtend ook geen enkele erkenning bij het management, laat staan commerciele geste voor het ongemak. Sterker nog, men dreigde met juridische acties als niet de volledige kamerprijs werd betaald. En dit terwijl er niet conform afspraak is geleverd. Factuur overhandigen na betaling was ook een probleem. Deze kan alleen gemaild worden. Vanwege technisch probleem was dit niet direct mogelijk en printen als alternatief mocht wederom niet van het management. Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn factuur. Hiervoor moet de afdeling back-office worden ingeschakeld, en hier ligt mijn verzoek (wat voor een 4-sterren hotel toch een vloeiend proces moet zijn) blijkbaar ook op een stapel.
