Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, wenn man außergewöhnliche Kleinigkeiten mag (24/7 Snack-Bar an der Rezeption, Fotobox, Pancake Automat beim Frühstück, Spiele am Zimmer zb. Uno, Skippo, Sudoku,..)
Wir sind entweder zu Fuß oder mit Uber vorangekommen, da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb liegt (es gab aber wenige Gehminuten entfernt auch Öffis).
Sauberkeit in Ordnung, Zimmer schön und groß genug.
Was könnte man besser machen: wir sind eher spät-Frühstücker und da war das Gebäck angeblich schon leer... War nicht so optimal, sind dennoch satt geworden😊

The receptionist and every workers there (I mean= every workers!) are engaging and professional and very nice.

It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city by tram number 2, and the hotel itself was clean and nice.
However, there is no refrigerator or coffee pot, and the toilet and shower/washroom are separate. The toilet area has a door, but the shower area only has a door in the middle of the shower, and there is only a middle door that is open to the room and can be hidden from the bed. .
I don't know about breakfast because I haven't tried it, but there's a spa mart nearby that's about a 5-10 minute walk away, and they sell bread and fruit for cheap, so I had breakfast there.
There is also a train station nearby, making transportation to the airport convenient. I think the area around the hotel is very safe. It's not a tourist area, but a place where locals live.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to my mistake in booking the wrong dates, I couldn't check in. Despite the circumstances, the hotel refused to provide a refund or any support. This lack of flexibility and customer service left me unsatisfied with their policies."
