The hotel is in a good location, but the environment is quiet. It is close to the attractions, and the No. 2 tram nearby is enough to cover the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service is also very good, very enthusiastic, and responds to needs in a timely manner. Except that the room is slightly small, but the bathroom is big enough.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Frühstück ist sehr, sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind äußerst gut, wir haben toll darin geschlafen. Das Einzige was ich vermisst habe und in einem 4 Sterne Hotel tatsächlich erwartet habe, war Bodylotion im Bad. Shampoo, Conditioner und Seife, alles da, aber leider keine Bodylotion.

Nous avons passé quatre jours dans cet hôtel et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix. L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé pour faire la visite de Vienne à pied. Le confort, la sécurité, l’hygiène sont au rendez-vous. L’ensemble du personnel est disponible, joviale et discret. Je reviendrai.

Great location , very close to the center (15min by foot)
Easy access to public transport.
The staff is helpful and welcoming.
The interior is classic and very meticulous
I liked the breakfast, big verity, everything is fresh and made from high quality ingredients , fresh juices , fruits , patisserie and much more .
Clean rooms , soft an comfortable bed.
I was missing slippers and drinking water in the room for full high quality experience
