The hotel is in a good location, but the environment is quiet. It is close to the attractions, and the No. 2 tram nearby is enough to cover the old town. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The service is also very good, very enthusiastic, and responds to needs in a timely manner. Except that the room is slightly small, but the bathroom is big enough.

Unser Zimmer hatte Teppich, der sicher nicht einmal in den vier Tagen gereinigt wurde. Einiges am Hotel könnte auch mal etwas Farbe gebrauchen. An der Rezeption, an Bar und beim Frühstück fehlt mir Herzlichkeit. Alles eher nüchtern. Einige Mitarbeiter/in wirkten entweder überfordert oder Lustlos. Frühstück ist insgesamt gut, aber wenn man um 10 Uhr ( Frühstück geht bis 12 Uhr) kommt, hat man halt Pech mit den Brötchen, dann gibt es halt den Rest

Had an enjoyable 4 night stay. Location was good with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets in close proximity. Getting around the city was easy with the tram as the no 2 line stop is only 100m from the hotel. The metro station is a little further away. The room is fairly spacious and very comfortable. Loved the wall shelves, they created more space. My only complaint is the one time I came back to the room at nearly 4pm and it wasn’t cleaned yet. Other than that overall a very good stay.
