It was an old-fashioned lodging. Although it is far from the main tourist attractions, I had a good rest at an affordable price. Early check-in was not possible on the day I went.

Hotel in posizione strategica nel quartiere dei musei. Raggiungibili da qui piazza Maria Teresa e il centro storico. Camera 'appartamento' pulita e spaziosa fornita di cucinotto (anche se nn attrezzato) presenti bollitore acqua e macchina del caffè. Colazione buona con varietà di scelta tra dolci e salato.

Das Beste am Hotel ist seine zentrale Lage. Ansonsten entspricht es keineswegs den 4 Sternen, die an der Eingangstür prangen. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, der Zimmerservice bringt nur den Müll raus und macht irgendwie die Betten. Das benutzte Hotelgeschirr wird nicht weggeräumt, Kaffee- und Teevorräte (in den Leistungen inbegriffen) nicht nachgefüllt. Das Gleiche gilt für Seife & Co. Bei der Ankunft haben wir im Zimmer eine angebrochene Flasche Mineralwasser vorgefunden.

Overall the location is good and just steps away from the market. I gave 4 stars because it doesn’t have the old Vienna inner city feel of it, but the property shows its age.

Property staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Missing some upkeep if the property: ceilings were peeling from water intrusion. Would be best if they put bags in the trash bins or if they cleaned them thoroughly.
