The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Near to everything by foot. The room was specious and clean. The breakfast was very rich and tasty.
All in all I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Great location, professional and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast (great selection and really good quality which you don’t always see in a buffet). Only downside was the WiFi was terrible all 3 days we were there. Essentially useless. Otherwise highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in a standard double room. The room was a decent size with good facilities - aircon that was really effective, a mini bar, tea and coffee making items, toiletries and a decent sized flat screen TV with Netflix and Prime Video. The room had a nice comfortable bed and although there was no bath there was excellent water pressure in the shower. The room was also serviced daily. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the canal in one direction and to the opera house in the other. There were lots of bars, coffee houses and restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed walking around the city from this base. Inside the hotel, there was a pleasant bar area with a good choice of reasonably priced drinks served by friendly staff with complementary peanuts. Sabri deserves a special mention as he was a really nice guy who gave us excellent service. Our booking had breakfast included and there was a wide variety of options to choose from - something for everybody. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A nice touch was the screen on the wall in the reception area which the staff could use to show directions on Google maps to places you might want to visit. Another nice touch was the complementary umbrellas which came in very handy on the day it rained! I’ve seen some reviews that mentioned how noisy the surrounding area was. We did not experience any of this and we had a restful sleep every night we were there. Overall - a great place to use as your base when visiting Vienna. If we come back I’d definitely stay here again.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per il ponte del 24 aprile. Siamo una famiglia con un bimbo di 8 anni e abbiamo scelto la soluzione con una camera matrimoniale più un leggo aggiuntivo. La camera era bella e spaziosa, magari un po' vissuta in alcuni arredi però per 3 andava benissimo. L'hotel si è rivelato abbastanza silenzioso, la colazione era molto ricca, solo non ci è piaciuto il fatto che il caffè non fosse sempre disponbilie. Dovendo chiedere sempre al personale (gentilissimo ed efficiente) alcune volte arrivava freddo. La posizione è fantastica a 10 minuti a piedi da Santo Stefano.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel la settimana scorsa in una delle camere small, eravamo in due persone. La camera era pulitissima e più spaziosa del previsto, ho provato camere small in altri alberghi che provocavano claustrofobia da quanto erano minuscole, qui invece ci siamo trovate molto bene. Ottima colazione con buffet ben fornito per ogni gusto e personale molto gentile. L'hotel è in posizione centrale, molto comodo se si arriva dall'aereoporto con i mezzi e anche per girare a piedi il centro della città. Ho trovato solo due difetti: il primo, la doccia funzionava male nella nostra camera, dopo 1 minuto il getto diventava molto debole e rovente; il secondo, se la camera è affacciata sulla strada, di notte si sentono un po' di schiamazzi nel weekend per via di alcuni locali vicini. In generale comunque soggiorno molto piacevole, se tornassi a Vienna tornerei qui.

Questo hotel, situato nel cuore di Vienna, a distanza percorribile a piedi dai maggiori punti di attrazione, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. La camera, comoda e accogliente con cioccolatini di benvenuto a dir poco squisiti. Il bagno confortevole con la doccia più ampia che abbia mai trovato in un hotel. Nella hall si trova dispenser acqua fredda con limone e dispenser acqua calda per tisane. A simboleggiare la gentilezza del personale sappiate che troverete degli ombrelli all ingresso! Tornerò!
