Lovely place and good location. Walkable distance to everywhere. The free wine and water were a bonus too.

The concept of the hotel is interesting, however there are many areas for improvement that should be taken into account such as the following: 1. for people with very basic needs, there is no easy access 2. there is no room service, nor a way to call in case something is wrong 3. the fact that they use commercial premises as rooms generates insecurity and concern about stokers watching through the window 4. they never change the bedding

I booked this room for clients of mine. I am a travel planner. The price was good. So was the location and so I decided to try. I got messages and instructions on self check in and thought, these Austrians are really freaked with the COVID story because the same happened in Salzburg, reduced reception hours and so. They answered that they had converted commercial spaces and no reception. Different concept. Well, it was amazing. The location unbeatable, THe room comfortable, good sized, sparkling clean and everything super clear, we didn’t miss having people to direct our movements. Would stay again in a heartbeat and do recommend it.

Несколько неоднозначное мнение, однако повторно точно не остановилась бы. + месторасположение; + наличие большого обогревателя (в день заезда было очень холодно, он здорово помог согреться); + комфортная кровать и хорошее постельное белье; + чайник; + наличие тапочек, потому что везде холодный плиточный пол. - Забитый трап в душе, очень медленно стекала вода; - мало света в санузле и не очень хорошая вентиляция; - умывальник в комнате: допускаю, что это решение может быть обусловлено какими-то конструктивными особенностями помещения, но все равно не очень удобно. Некоторым неудобством были окна на улицу: чтобы чувствовать себя приватно, нужно сидеть с зашторенными окнами. Это не критичный момент, но стоит иметь в виду

Habitación muy cómoda, ubicado a pasos del museo Belvedere y con transporte fácil a otras atracciones y lugares interesantes de Viena. El personal es genial, me han dado gran ayuda para recuperar cosas mías que quedaron olvidadas allí. Por siempre agradecido

I did not get the right information about where the room of the ‘hotel’ was located and how the check in. The room was full of dust and loads of fungi growing on the bathroom walls. I sent the owner videos and photo’s but did not get any reply. We stayed for 5 days. No cleaning in between and the same towel for 5 days

Finding the room was confusing without any proper description. Room is nice and clean but on the ground floor with a public view from the yard between the buildings.
