Definitely worth staying! A big and quiet room, comfy bed. Breakfast was okay. Josefstadt is a Hannu location.

We were on a city trip to Vienna and wanted a hotel close to the center. We were very disappointed with the entire stay. The reception already seemed very dated. This continued in the room. The room was more like an apar**ent in terms of size but also very dated. The bathroom in particular was very run down and had been poorly renovated. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot, posing a risk of scalding. Everything was clean but, as I said, very dated. The staircase in the old building probably dates back to the time it was built. Breakfast was served in the basement in rooms with no windows and low ceilings. The tables were very close together. Max. 8 cm apart. It was loud and musty. The selection was rather modest. The service staff had to roam freely and was to be admired. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN! Given the location, you can probably afford these standards. What a pity.

Great breakfast! Excellent room. Staff in the lobby always had gingerbread cookies and hot punch for guests! Such a treat at the end of a busy day!
