The corridors of the historic building are decorated with a variety of antique furniture with a strong atmosphere. It is a unique experience.

When I am in Vienna, Hotel Stefanie is my 'home' for more than 10 years now. Family atmosphere, excellent staff, great breakfast, ... This year I stayed in a room that had recently been renovated with a crystal chandelier and candlesticks, and a restyled bathroom. Awesome!

Spent 3 nights at this fine hotel which is very well located for both travelling to/from the airport (via train), and it’s within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were very welcoming and helpful…the room was very comfortable in all respects, and the breakfast was excellent in setting us up for exploring Vienna in all its glory. We went for the Imperial Tasting Dinner menu one of the evenings…would thoroughly recommend same in terms of the variety of the food, the portions, the wine/beer that went with it, etc. Would definitely make a point of staying here again when next in Vienna.

Comfortable bed, rooms full of character, excellent breakfast buffet and very attentive staff. The hotel is also very central and accessible by u-bahn lines 1 and 4. Two good supermarkets nearby.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a historical background. I came to visit Vienna and celebrate my birthday in the city. My family and I stayed at the Hotel Stefanie for one week, and I confidently say that it was one of the most memorable and leisurely experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The breakfast is rich and varied, the staff is very polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious enough. It is close to the city centre, respectively St. Stephen’s Cathedral. There’s also a metro station and a tram station nearby, which made transportation easy. The biggest surprise I’ve had was when I came back from the city centre on my birthday to find a bottle of champagne, a rose, a dessert and a letter from the hotel. They were thoughtful enough to give me a birthday surprise, which made my day. I highly recommend Hotel Stefanie, and will definitely be coming back.
