Very nice boutique hotel, each room have a unic design. We loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea we definitely feel like home! Management is super helpful and kind definitely recommend it

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Altstadt Vienna war vom wirklich ersten Augenblick,(und auch schon vorher durch sehr angenehmen Mailkontakt) über unseren schönen Tage (Service, Frühstück, Zimmer ...) bis zu unserer Abreise rundherum Ausgezeichnet.

Wow, what a find. A unique and personal hotel with fantastic customer service and breakfasts. The room was super clean with great facilities and a great bathroom space. The hotel was centrally located near to the museum district.

Ein Hotel das alles richtig macht. Hier kann und muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen. Man merkt, dass ein ganzes Team mit Herz und Leidenschft dabei ist. Hier hat man sich Gedanken gemacht, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Frühstück ( vor allem ohne Verpackungmüll, wie schön das es endlich mal ein Hotel schafft diesen Wahnsinn abzustellen) bestens, Angebot von Tee und Kuchen ohne Aufpreis am Nachmittag eine tolle Idee und auch Zwischendurch kann man sich an den netten Bonbongläsern seine kleine Süßigkeit abholen. Die Auswahl an Büchern im Salon und auch auf dem Zimmer ist sehr hochwertig und ansprechend. Es war eine Freude Gast bei Ihnen gewesen zu sein.

This is our 6th or 7th stay at Altstadt and we always enjoy the hotel - the friendliness, the rooms, the breakfast and so on. One suggestion for choosing a room - most rooms are differently decorated and when booking, be specific about what you prefer. The staff will try to accommodate.

Hotel Altstadt is a small boutique hotel just outside the ring in Vienna. Still easy walking distance to the inner city and easy access to public transportation. Our room for 3 was spacious and well furnished. Bathroom as shockingly large for Europe. Staff was amazing and handled every request. They were very knowledgeable about the city. Breakfast and afternoon tea were included. We left with zero complaints. A lovely hotel.

Das wichtigste ist ein großes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze und ein geräumiges Bad mit entsprechender Ausstattung! Das sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, ist es aber leider nicht. Hier im Altstadt Vienna weiß man das natürlich, ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen umgeben von viel Kunst. Für Teetrinker: Große Auswahl in Topp-Qualität! Danke...
