ホテルフロントの方が優しいですが、設備と衛生面にはTripの説明の通り四つ星（まさかTripの独自の水準かも)ではないとの思いです。Tripの写真と文字のみでの失敗した予約でした。

Very cute room with retro furnishings, especially beautiful lamps and carpets, and a great location.
The ventilation fan in the bathroom is quite noisy...

The receptionist was very kind. In addition, the room was a little narrow, but the ceiling was high, so it was open and didn't bother me.
It was a pity that the towels were only changed once in 4 days and I had to use the same towels, but other than that it was great.

A nice, recently opened little hotel within 10-15 min walking distance to old town and Mitte Bahnhof as well as a tram line in front. Just recently opened, so no breakfast was available yet, however several cafes were within close distance. Coming to the hotel was interesting, as the actual entrance is in second floor, like coming into a big apartment. The reception was there with very helpful staff, we were even provided with a hot cup of tea after returning from a long walk in the chilly city - free of charge.
Our junior suite was in the corner and it was spacious with a separate shower and toilet. Old style was maintained and everything was clean. Heatpump Ac was also provided, which we used for heating only. Good bed with a choice of pillows.
Overall an excellent value for 88€ with a good location to the old town.
When renovation of the building is completed and breakfast is available I think this Hotel is superb.

La stanza è comoda e silenziosa. non era però gradevole l'odore di muffa che si sentiva entrando. La colazione cambiava ogni giorno, ma non era costante come offerta di alimenti.

Camera spaziosa e molto comoda, anche se il letto non era matrimoniale ma due letti singoli messi vicini. Colazione limitata nella varietà e nella quantità (la prima mattina abbiamo fatto colazione un po' più tardi, ma comunque nell'orario previsto, e molta roba era terminata). Ottima la posizione, hotel vicinissimo al centro e alle fermate della metro.
