Location is very good but staff are not friendly
It's good for a short stay, but if you stay for a long time, I recommend another hotel

Better signage would have helped and saved us from walking past the property after leaving the U3. We finally asked at the front desk of the hotel next door and they kindly directed us. Other than that we hade a lovely stay and would recommend.

The location was great but it is aging hotel dressed up to look modern. This is not what I expect from a Radisson Blu property. Although the staff was polite and generally helpful the maintenance of the hotel is neglected and I suspect serious health concerns based on mildew in the shower and sewage odors.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo magnifico albergo in posizione centrale con tutti i confort. Ampia camera familiare, pulita, ben arredata, con letti molto comodi e bella vista. Colazione ottima Efficiente servizio parcheggio nei pressi dell'albergo Personale attento, qualificato, disponibile, cordiale e generoso Consigliatissimo. Torneremo e GRAZIE per tutto

Staff is very friendly and helpfull, but the hotel needs to be redecorated. Tiles in the shower had mold, carpets stained, curtains and furniture very old. Closet very small and room was not fresh.

Had a good 4 night stay at the Radisson Blu with my wife. The location was truly outstanding, just across the road from the Palais Niederosterreich (where i had meetings); and easy access to cafes, shopping and the many world class museums. We were allocated a large and very comfortable junior suite. Buffet Breakfast was good, manned by friendly and efficient staff. Indeed we found all the staff most helpful & responsive. Lastly a word of thanks to the GM, Mr S Lange, for arranging a late checkout; and went beyond the call of duty to book me a table at a different venue, to watch a live telecast of the ****nal Bayern football match. Recommended
