Very uncomfortable experience. I used a combination lock to open the door. When I went there, someone was like me and couldn't open the door and the door. After a long toss, when I entered the room, I felt uncomfortable, but I stayed for one night. it's almost there...

Perfect location. OK rooms, cleaning OK. This is a self service Hotel and when the different codes to enter is difficult to understand we had some problems. Finally inside it works OK but the place needs some renovation. It’s good value for money!! We met the cleaners and a young guy in the "reception “ a couple of times, polite and friendly!

Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind.

Very basic room for an early morning trip to the airport. Noisy outside all night and we needed the window open for ventilation.

Overall good hotel. Clean, good staff, good facilities, and the location is good. They have limited reception hours but the communication was good by emails.
They don't have AC (not even a fan), so we had to keep window open during hot summer night. There was street noise and we woke up multiple times through the night.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in questo accogliente b&b. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa pulizia giornaliera . La posizione è ottima a pochi metri dalla metropolitana u3 permette di raggiungere il centro della città e non solo. A pochi metri c’è un delizioso mercato e numerosi negozi biologici. Con una breve passeggiata si può raggiungere la hundertwasserhaus , le colorate case popolari costruite dall’ architetto wasserhaus a metà degli anni 80. Considerando il costo medio degli alberghi o b&b a Vienna e ai costi non proprio popolari della vita in città il Kibi rooms è un ottimo posto dove trascorrere qualche giorno e visitare la città … un solo appunto … al Posto della cassaforte in camera avrei preferito un piccolo frigorifero.

Staff were friendly and helpful in check in, room was very small and hot. Noisy overnight, alarms went off at 5.30, woke up thinking I was in a prison cell!
If you need somewhere cheap and central for one night it will do, just bring ear plugs.

This “hotel” was very disappointing. The room smelt like it has been smoked in.The heat in the room did not work at all. It was extremely noisy, there is no soundproofing between the rooms, anytime someone came or left you could hear it. There was body hair in the shower. The curtains did not fully cover the window so the outdoor lights shined directly on your face in bed. The front desk hours that we were given was 10:30-18:30. Though there was no one at the front desk for the majority of those hours, so there was no where to go for any questions or complaints. I would never stay here again and would recommend staying here if there are any other hotels available
