Park Hyatt Vienna

The room was renovated 10 years ago and it's time to update the facilities. However, the hotel front desk still attaches great importance to the guests' check-in experience. When I checked in, the room next door was still making loud noises at 12 o'clock one night, so I called the front desk directly to complain. Within half an hour, The room next door was silent. Later, the front desk took the initiative to ask if this matter had affected the check-in experience. They could only say that it was not true. It was just that their front desk had zero tolerance for excessive things and took the initiative to stop practical actions to solve the problem.

パークハイアットはサービスから施設まで優れたクオリティを提供するハイアットの中でも最高のブランドですが、だからと言って全てのパークハイアットが素晴らしいとは限りません。ヨーロッパではパリくらいしか繰り返しの滞在をしたいとおもいませんでしたが、このウィーンはそれを超えて素晴らしいと思えるホテルでした。 この時泊めていただいたのはグローバリストとしてアップグレードされたスイートでしたがウィーンに相応しいアートのある部屋であり、寝室の内装も素敵でした。そこここに配慮された部屋作りに感銘も受けました。 あまりに素晴らしいので翌月の予約を4日間入れてしまったほどです。 朝食の内容もパリに負けないほどに充実しています。

Park Hyatt Viena além de ser um hotel excelente está muito bem localizado em Viena . Atendimento excelente, restaurante e bar ótimos também !!!!!

Für uns als Gäste die seit Jahren gerne in das Park Hyatt kommen, ist unser Aufenthalt dort und seine Annehmlichkeiten die wie erfahren und genießen, ein immer gelungener Bestandteil Wien schön zu erleben. Das Gebäude , seine hochherrschaftlichen Räume, in gediegener und dabei warmer Atmosphäre, sein großzügiges Spa und Pool, das architektonisch beeindruckende Restaurant The Bank und last but not least, der herzliche, aufmerksame und freundliche kompetente Pool der Mitarbeiterinnen, in der heutigen Zeit fast eine Rarität , wir freuen uns unseren nächsten Besuch Familie Nagel
