The property was clean, warm and comfortable. It was also ideally located for accessing the places we wanted to visit.

Mi dispiace dover fare una recensione di questo tipo, ma l’appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era sporchissimo, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato lo spazzettone del wc tutto già sporco di carta, la vasca a dir poco aberrante e polvere ovunque. Credo sia giusto evidenziare la cosa, poiché le immagini fornite dal sito non rappresentano la realtà trovata. Almeno nel nostro caso. Assolutamente da non consigliare!

Ha superado mis expectativas. Todo muy bien, muy cómodo. Lo tienes todo. Edificio con encanto. Zona con muchos sitios para comer, supermercado, tranvía. Caminando en 10 min a la plaza del ayuntamiento. Nos ha encantado.

the location is great. Checkin is great. They offer coffee in the lobby and have a nice courtyard in which to enjoy is. It was really hot and we asked for a fan. They said they would bring one, but forgot. We spent a pretty miserable night, but got one the next day.

Hotel consigliatissimo, sia per la posizione (in centro a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici) che per la comodità e la pulizia dell’appartamento. Personale disponibile, alcuni parlano anche italiano. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina che comunque era attrezzata di tutto il necessario

The Levante Rathaus Apartments building is located in a quiet area just outside Vienna's city center. There are shops, bars and restaurants around the corner, and also the nearest tram stops are just a minute's walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean. It contained a bedroom with a double bed and a big wardrobe, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchenette with a fridge and two-burner hob. Unfortunately it turned out to be impossible to cook with (the only) two pans at the same time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely, spacious apartment. We stayed here with our 2 teenagers. Main bedroom is big with fitted wardrobe. Living space had 2 sofa beds, dining table and chairs and a large tv. Apartment was well equipped. Reception staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a courtyard with seating. Apartment is located in district 8. Which is @15 min walk from the sights. We enjoyed staying here. Note - no safe in apartment. This was not an issue for us but might be for some.

Appartement avec chambre et salon, linge changé tous les jours,équipement standard. 20 à 30 mn pour se rendre au Hofburg à pied. En sortant de l'hôtel à droite à une dizaine de mètres en face un restaurant qui propose des pizza délicieuses. Necessaire de solliciter le personnel de l'accueil pour avoir des infos pratiques.

We just returned from a stay in the Levante. As a family of 5, 3 of whom are teenagers the apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean and a central location within walking distance to all the main sites. The staff at the reception were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Levante Rathaus and we look forward to returning in the very near future.
