Durchwegs sehr freundliches & fröhliches Personal, das Frühstück ist ein wahrer Genuss, jeden Tag gibt es andere Köstlichkeiten. Die Koffern können unkompliziert in einem separat zugänglichen Raum deponiert werden. Top Lage, sehr zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe der U Bahn. Sehr zu Empfehlen.

We arrived in the early evening after a long day travelling to be greeted by a very cheerful young man who checked us in. The room was beautiful and roomy with a comfortable bed and settee. Breakfast was a joy, delicious breads, freshly cooked items & cakes. All the staff are lovely and helpful. If we visit Vienna again we would stay there. The metro & trams are a 5 mins walk & the centre is a 10 min walk.

The staff are very warm and friendly. The property is centrally located, very close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel breakfast is great. It is however a boutique and comes with its quirks and minor impracticality. For example, while the room has a nice vintage speaker and CD player with a disc that plays some nice quirky music, it lacks some basic appliances like a kettle. Guests can access the living room with hot water, tea and espresso machine but it does mean you need to dress up appropriately to get a glass of warm water. Room also don’t have a fridge. Overall minor inconveniences except the lack of a shower head attachment which is quite annoying as you will need to hold the shower head while you shower.

Perfect hotel, one of the best we've stayed at. This was our first stay in Vienna and we'll definitely be back to the Hollmann Beletage The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and it was exciting to wake up and find out what the rotating menu offered each morning The location simply cannot be beat, only a short walk from Stephansplatz means that you can do almost everything on foot and a few minutes from the Schwedenplatz U-Bahn station means that everything that can't be done on foot, can be done with either the U-Bahn or the tram. We're sad that it's already over and we can't wait for our next stay in the Hollmann Beletage

Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal - alles Top. Die Lage war super. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und hell. Das Personal gibt sich grosse Mühe und ist sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Karte ist abwechslungsreich und lokal.

Great Location. Excellent and very helpful Staff. Great choices at breakfast. Quirky bedroom, which works except for the shower arrangement which means you have to hold it in your hand. Surely another bracket higher up makes sense? Very nice wine bar next door for a quiet drink and snack. Would recommend to any of our friends.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff and a great location central to everything. Room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Reception staff and breakfast staff especially helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and if in Vienna again would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Friendly staff, tastefully decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
