Overall good experience. Washroom/WC doors have no lock, so inform others before you use it. Reception was so so, like typical Austria s 😋

Great location only 3 stops from karlsplatz (opera house - centre). Good amenities the spa area was great to relax in and use of fitness.
One issue, no windows that open and they turn the air con off in October so when it's great weather you'll be sweating to sleep, hence a struggle, they provide a fan to aid it but not the quality of other 4 stars I've been to.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. From there you can get directly to Karlsplatz, main train station, Schönbrunn Palace and Mariahilfer Straße
The room we booked was a deluxe room but the room had the tilting windows we wanted, but not floor-high ones but small ones and our room was very small. The deluxe rooms face the inner courtyard and are quieter, but the view is not nice and so we changed to a superior room. Very large room, nice and bright and very clean.
The breakfast was very good. Every day there is Prosecco, waffles and fresh juices to make yourself and an omelette of your choice.
We would book the hotel again - but we would get a superior room!

Very clean room, location is not very central but fine. Friendly reception. Minibar wasn’t filled. Good for business or couples/solo.
