Mi son trovato bene, un po' distante dal centro ma ha una fernata dei mezzi a 100-200 metri.

Our arrival at the hotel was a disaster. We had been driving all day. We were tired. the receptionist was incredibly unaware of social graces or of how to greet people into a hotel. She scolded me for not coming in properly. I hadn't first shown up at reception before trying to park the car. She practicaly rolled her eyes at me. Then when we came in, she made it clear that we hadn't ordered breakfast. My husband said "Oh, is this where we'll be eating?" and she said harshly, "You are not eating here..." and my husband said "Oh but we ordered breakfast."She insisted we were wrong. When I found my receipt e mail, she continued to treat us as though we were lying. She acted as if we were criminals and insisted that we were wrong. I finaly started crying because she spoke to us like we were children. I really do believe this lady has no clue how to talk graciously to anyone. I heard her addressing another couple of people a day or two later and she has this condescending way of addressing people as though she were talking to children. This whole experience almost ruined our first evening in Vienna. we contacted ******* and they said they would handle it. Other than this, I would say the hotel was ok-- it looks better in the photos than in real life. There was no place to put our luggage except the floor and the place is quite shabby. when you look in the corners. I would not recommend this hotel.

A gem not far from the city centre, there is a tram station just 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse, staff is friendly.
For sure we gonna stay here next when in Vienna again.

Hotel molto pulito e grande camera con cabina armadio, picco frigo, condizionatore e termosifone, phon, e bagno schiuma. personale gentile per ogni informazione , un po distante dal centro ma con il tram linea D che ferma proprio sotto l hotel è comodissimo e arrivi in centro, al teatro dell opera in 20 minuti. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti sono vicini all hotel.

Exceptional value - 1 minute to tram and less than 10 mins walk to train station. Plenty of places to eat within 5-10 minutes and same for shops.

Das Hotel und die gesamte Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, es wird von Turisten mit kleineren Budget frekventiert. Die Wände im Zimmer sind schmutzig, der Boden ist beschädigt, das Bad ist alt und in der Badewanne das Wasser fließt nicht gut unter. Das Bett ist halbwegs bequem aber schon durchgelegen. Das gesamte Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, deswegen sind Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert.
Trotz der Zustand des Hotels, das Frühstück ist überraschend gut, es gibt viel Auswahl (warm und kalt), auch kernige Brote und Brötchen bzw. glutenfreies Brot auf Anfrage.
Die Lage ist gut, auch wenn die Umgebung nicht besonders schön ist, die Innenstadt ist in 20 Minuten mit Öffentlichen erreichbar.

room was okay, though could use a fresh coat of paint and an overhead lamp in the main room. no fridge nor safe deposit box either..
.... and apparently they do facilitate an icemachine for icecubes...

Hotel sencillo pero con todo lo necesario, ideal para pasar unos días en Viena a un precio adecuado. Habitación amplia y todo muy limpio, desayuno correcto y el staff muy atento y dispuesto a atender cualquier necesidad. Aunque no está en el centro, casi en la puerta se coge el tranvía D que te deja en todos los puntos de interés en poco tiempo (Ayuntamiento, Ópera, Parlamento, Hofburg, Belvedere, Museos, ...) y con una frecuencia de 5 minutos. También cerca (a unos 5 minutos andando) del metro para ir al aeropuerto o al Palacio de Schoenbrunn. Es cierto que podrían arreglar algún desperfecto en la habitación pero todo lo anterior lo compensa. Una grata experiencia
