This should be considered a self-service hotel. After staying for 3 nights, I kept saying that there were no slippers and they had run out?? What? This is the first time I heard that the slippers were out of supplies. The water in the room was not taken away or replenished when the room was cleaned. The funniest thing is that when I returned to my room at night, my used bath towels were thrown on the floor, and the bath towel in the bathtub was not taken away. I even drained the water in the bathtub when I went out, but I didn't expect that the bath bag was still there. The roll paper is almost used up and no more is added. The location of the hotel is very good. It has a balcony and is within walking distance to the Golden Hall. You can just change clothes and walk there after the party. The hotel breakfast has very few varieties and nothing delicious.

It seems like the hotel staff are not professional, the facilities are limited, and the behavior of the employees lacks professionalism. When I returned to the hotel, I didn't find the bed properly arranged, and even the trash in the room hadn't been completely collected. Honestly, its name should be a hostel, not a hotel. I was very dissatisfied, not only with the service but also with the lack of proper hospitality behavior. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the shopping center.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Opera binasının tam karşısında çok yakında metro durağı mevcut. Ancak o kadar yakınki metro kullanmaya gerek kalmıyor. Odaları çok temiz . Kahvaltı iyiydi. Odamız otelin arka tarafına bakıyordu manzara olmasada buda uyumak icin sessiz bir ortam yaratiyordu . Otelde yastıklar çok ince . Bu nedenle ekstra yastik istemek zorunda kaldık. Otelin oturup dinlenmek için lobisi yada cafesi mevcut değil. Odada kahve makinasi, su ısıtıcı mevcuttu. Yine gitsem.0 11 otelde kalırım.

The hotel itself was very nice and luxurious. Our room wasnt cleaned on one day which was a shame and you could hear the next door rooms taking showers.
