Excellent value for money! The room was small, but really clean, they did cleaning every day. Excellent location, 10 minute walk from the town hall, 5 from the trolleybus station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Well assorted and very good breakfast! Definitely recommended!

Positive aspects -The location of the hotel is very close to everything, to the centre, to means of transport, about 30 minutes from the airport -Very quiet room and you can rest very well -They provided us with a camping cot for the baby ( 1 year at no additional cost) -Daily change of towels -Quite friendly staff, they helped me find my wallet that I had lost inside the taxi. Aspects to improve: - bathroom cleaning done in a very rough manner, therefore not satisfactory. -breakfast to improve, very poor, only boiled eggs, only one juice (including packaged), little fresh fruit, only packaged jams, only plain and loose yogurt, only 1 sweet cake, perhaps also packaged. -small misunderstanding with the Italian-speaking receptionist, who was initially very friendly in the search for my lost wallet, but who was then rude when I turned to him to inform him of an episode within the police ( department where he had sent me to make the report) told me that it was evidently me who hadn't understood the agents, and that in any case he couldn't listen to me because he was working and had to take care of the check-ins (I don't speak German ) - in my opinion the price of the room per night was a little too high, but overall perhaps for Vienna it is average.

Very close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the property. The breakfast was very uniform, but it was ok if you are there 3-4 days. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise there isn't much left. Check into the hotel until 21:00, preferably until 16:00, otherwise there may be no one at the reception.
