It's in front of the tram station, so it's a good location for sightseeing and returning late, but the facilities aren't great.
Having Spar and McDonald's in front is also a plus

We visited over the Easter weekend and checked in on Friday evening and was shocked that all three beds dipped once you lay in them. The ventilation is poor and the room is stuffy. We were unfortunately located in front on the lift and had an adjoining room door with a very noisy group staying there which made sleep near impossible with the stuffiness and bad beds. To add to this the toilet was blocked and was quite disgusting on Saturday evening when we returned from our touring. There is only 1 person at reception so no maintenance team or management to deal with complaints. Anastasia at reception didn’t really seem interested that our stay was uncomfortable and told us to speak to a manager who will be in on Sunday. She also said we could use the toilet in the basement until it was fixed.On Sunday after explaining to Tanja at reception we were directed to Maria who approached us as though her breakfast was interrupted. She was the ops manager. Maria had a host of excuses and it soon became apparent that she was not interested in our issues. She was unapologetic and said we should take our compliant to the booking site we used which we did do and all they do is send the complaint back to the hotel who did not want to compensate us. It’s clear that once you pay in advance at this hotel you will not receive service. It looks like an old building with outdated interiors and really poorly trained staff who look like they don’t want to be there. This type of hotel makes you want to stick to chains who have a proper complaints process. We felt cheated that we paid over 500 euros for 3 nights to stay at this place, a youth hostel may have been better and cheaper. *********** were the site we found them on and they don’t seem to have a way of regulating what’s advertised against what’s delivered either. They also did not publish our review or comments on their site, only seems to include ones that make them look good. Unlike the reviews I see here on Tripadvisor which provides some accurate reviews from others too.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel che ha un'ottima posizione ed è ben collegato sia con le linee tram che metro (300 metri), ma questo è l'unico lato positivo. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata data una camera con moquette sul pavimento e visto che ne avevamo chiesta una senza è stata cambiata con una con il legno. La camera e il bagno si presentano antiquati e abbiamo trovato polvere (e capelli) ovunque sui pavimenti (anche in batuffoli piuttosto vistosi) segno che camera e bagno non erano stati puliti (ne lavati, con evidenti problemi di igiene al cambio degli ospiti). Al mattino successivo abbiamo segnalato la cosa alla reception sperando in un intervento. Al nostro rientro in serata la camera era stata rifatta, cambiati gli asciugamani, lavato il vetro della doccia, ma sui pavimenti permaneva lo sporco. Sono seguite svariate segnalazioni nei giorni seguenti ma la situazione non è cambiata. Quello che stava sul pavimento ci rimaneva dopo il passaggio delle pulizie. Il penultimo giorno, ho chiamato direttamente l'equipe che stava pulendo una camera adiacente, una signora è prontamente intervenuta con uno spruzzino ed un panno per pulire la doccia (!!!) e quando ho fatto notare che il pavimento era sporco, ha preso un asciugamano e l'ha strofinato sul pavimento del bagno per rimuovere peli e capelli. A quel punto sono rimasto basito e non ho detto più nulla. Evidentemente non sanno che i pavimenti si aspirano e poi si lavano. Quindi per riepilogare abbiamo trovato una camera sporca al nostro arrivo, che in 5 giorni del nostro soggiorno non è stata mai pulita, se non cambiando asciugamani (di cui uno era pure sporco...) e sistemando il letto. Un hotel così sporco non mi era mai capitato, soprattutto un 4 stelle!
