Small room, clean environment, tasty breakfast buffet, lovely staff but the room was extremely hot and had no AC so not recommended for summer months

Замечательный отель !очень удобная локация !я много отелей видела хорошего уровня !но далеко не в каждом отеле такой замечательный завтрак !фреш…шампанское даже утром !Разновидность еды впечатлила !персонал в отеле очень вежливый !комната первую ночь была маленькая но учли пожелание и дали больше !даже при том что я как оказалось бронировала стандарт комнату

Colazione continentale a buffet ottima , abbondante, varia e di qualità , da hotel 5 stelle, direi. Camere spaziose e pulite, letti comodi e ortopedici. Posizione hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione praterstern, capolinea del treno che proviene dall'aeroporto di Vienna( S- bahn 7) in 20 minuti e collegabile con metropolitana al centro con sole 3 fermate al Duomo stephanplatz. Con metro linea 4 si va alla fermata per il palazzo del Belvedere in soli 10 minuti. L'unica pecca potrebbe essere la porta di chiusura del bagno della camera, che, essendo di vetro, anche se non tutta trasparente, non eccelle per la "privacy".

Das Zimmer ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider ist kein Schrank vorhanden , was man für eine Übernachtung nicht zwingend benötigt aber wenn man doch länger bleibt etwas schlecht. Das Frühstück ist genial es gibt fast alles außer Fisch es gibt verschiedene Sorten an Saft und Milch. Es gibt Semmel Brot , verschiedene Strudel und Croissants. Das Personal ist super! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend es ist 24/365 zur Verfügung und immer gut gelaunt . Leider konnten wir die aussenterasse nicht testen da das Wetter zu schlecht und kalt war ! Es sind einige sehr gute Gaststätten und Lokale in der Nähe .

Not so good. Big disadvantage for this hotel is NO AC. It was very hot in the middle of summer 33-34 C degrees. It was insane hot in Vienna at that time. My fridge was dying. Plus, no iron in the room. They charge you for ironing. If you travel in summer maybe it's better to consider other places. The room is very clean, but small, new bathroom. The location is excellent, close to trams, subway station, 30 min walk to the center

Great stay at the Hotel Vienna. Lovely little boutique hotel, staff were amazing and very welcoming especially the receptionist / barman Ingo who was a real credit to the hotel. Close to the main city centre, our room was a bit warm as no air con and the glass door to the bathroom was different but we would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff so friendly and helpful even helped find a German recipe I wanted. Breakfast was really nice lots to choose from even had pink Prosecco ! Lovely bar area the decor throughout was really good. Only negative is the glass bathroom door but probably being British we are a bit shy! If I return to Vienna I would definitely stay here again.
