A la llegada del hotel nos cobraron 10€ por la tarifa de turista (la cual eran 6,80€) además solicité recibo y el chico me decía que no le funcionaba y que se lo diera en efectivo. En cuanto a la habitación muy bien, limpia, eso si la calefacción hay que apagarla o hace mucho calor pero para épocas de invierno viene genial. El desayuno fue lo que menos nos gustó. No merece la pena pagar el desayuno, sala muy pequeña y sin apenas variedad para desayunar.

This is a very modest place. It's OK for this price range. Do not expect too much. I only stayed one night, and I was happy overall. I wouldn't want to stay longer, though.

We appreciated how comfortable, clean, and convenient Haydn Hotel was at a very reasonable price. The staff exhibited classical Viennese professionalism and made our stay worriless and pleasant. We will certainly stay here again!

Great place to stay really clean, staff was super friendly, and attent. The only negative i have is the noisy ally on the side. Too many drunks, it was lod sometimes during the night.

No laundry soap or dish soap provided. No kitchen towels provided. No iron board in room. Bed Sheets got dirty but was not changed everyday. View is terrible on the balcony. Overpriced for what you get. Not recommended.

The very BAD experience we have ever had! They are not helpful at all! Everything was bad including reception services and stay… DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL pay a little bit more but for a better quality elsewhere Leonardo

This is not a hotel, it is a hostel, it is located on the second floor of an old building and there are other hostels on other floors of the same building. The room is old, basic, not very cozy but clean. The breakfast is very basic, not very varied, but the worst thing is that it is given on another floor of the building in a space that must have been two rooms that were put together, a very small and uncomfortable space, there must be about 7 small tables very close to each other. Others, if they are all occupied, you must wait outside, in a hallway of the building. It is on a pedestrian street in a central area. Bad price/quality ratio. I don't recommend it.
