Hotel Viktoria

The building where the hotel is located is more than 100 years old and has about 30 rooms. The room is clean and the facilities are OK, but the bathroom is a bit small. The room has a small balcony where you can enjoy the scenery outside. The breakfast seems to be 15 euros, very simple, it is better to eat outside. The hotel is very close to Schönbrunn Palace and there is no problem walking. The front desk is a white-haired old lady, and there are other staff with a good attitude. It cost 64 euros to take a taxi from Vienna Airport, but when checking out, the front desk helped to call a taxi to the airport, and the cost was only 36 euros 😂😂

Convenient hotel only in Schönbrunn and close to the metro. I do not recommend it as a dilapidated hotel and absolutely not available either to help with information on Vienna or to give useful advice. They want payment for your stay in advance and breakfast is 15 euros per person per day with just yogurt, two slices of cheese and a croissant… I don't recommend!!! It will lie in a really sad semi-basement. The elderly lady at the reception was suspicious and impatient... zero hospitality!!!!

Unforgettable 5 days in Vienna. We stayed at the Victoria Hotel and were very pleased with our choice. We were met by Larisa Yurievna, a wonderful, intelligent woman. My husband and I had a big date and upon registration we were given champagne and it was very nice. Excellent location of the hotel. Metro U4 is just 3 minutes, Schönbrunn Palace is 7 minutes. The room was very cozy and overlooked a small park where the linden tree was in bloom - the smell was enchanting. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, slept comfortably in the fall. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, cleaning and towels are changed daily, bed linen is of high quality. The bathroom has everything you need, a very convenient hairdryer. I liked that there was a strong pressure of hot water. "Victoria" 3***, but according to some criteria it is not inferior to 4**** hotels. Svetlana advised us on a tour along the Danube to Bratislava and we are very grateful to her. Responsive Tatiana and Marina. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who made our vacation enjoyable!

This place is just awful. There is no one at the front desk (it's at the back of the corridor), the rooms are dark, there is no air conditioning or heating, no fridge, and no information on sightseeing on the weekends. The quality is so bad that I wish they would check out a hotel in the same price range. I change hotels every week when I come to Vienna on business, so I've had a lot of different experiences, but this one is close to the worst.

We were here for a weekend and chose the hotel because it is close to my relatives who live in Schönbrunn. The house has charm and was OK for a three-star hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was OK too. Unfortunately the room was cold and you couldn't turn up the heating because there was no way to do so. For €138 per night I would have liked a bit more warmth. Breakfast costs an extra €12 per person.

Old hotel with Viennese character. The room was fine. Staff attentive. Location excellent. U4 2 min. walk. Schönbrunn within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants around the corner. We would book the hotel again.

Hotel practically in front of Schönbrun, a little dated but clean and in good general condition. New and functional bathroom. Clean elevator. Breakfast could be improved (for €12 a day the offer is a bit poor, I didn't see any trace of eggs and almost zero hot stuff). Fairly fair value for money considering the location. Very kind staff.
