Perfect apartment in the center of Vienna! Really close with everything! Easy to do check in and out!

Location is great as it is in the heart of the city centre and right next to some amazing, traditional Austrian restaurants (Gasthaus zu den 3 Hacken and Puerstner). There are also cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel has a strategic location, convenient travel, and the rooms are clean and hygienic!

The hotel is in the city center, only 5-10 minutes away from popular attractions such as Stephen's Cathedral, Sissi Museum, and Hofburg. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, and relatively speaking, Italian cuisine is more dominant. The street scenes are very nice. The room was large and comfortable, with everything included, and honey was given as a gift when I left. The building feels very good

Facilities: Very complete! But there is no washer and dryer Hygiene: Clean! Environment: A very comfortable and interesting hotel. There is a very cool old-fashioned glass elevator. The room card is the key. The room is very big! Service: Great! 24 hours service! Checkin will take you to your room

Average. The price-performance ratio is not particularly high. Although it is a 2-bedroom room, the room with 2 single beds is too small and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and well equipped. The view amazing. Everything you need was there. Walking distance to town, easy check in, beautiful apartment. The woman who checked us in made a reservation for dinner at a wonderful restaurant l. We had a wonderful stay!

Stop looking! This is THE place. Clean, safe, friendly, gorgeous interiors, spacious, comfortable beds, updated rooms in an older mansion (combo of old details with new convenience). We had the best stay here. All the niceties and very thoughtful appointments and services. The front desk people were amazing. And bag storage!

Great location easy walk to sights and metro/CAT airport train. Quiet double windows, spacious apartment, big kitchen, living room, comfortable beds.

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

Our stay at this property was excellent, mostly down to the location and cleanliness and the first receptionist that checked us in, she was fantastic. The room did get quite warm so was recommended to open the windows which helped and the pillows were so filled we couldn't sleep. Eventually we got flatter pillows, however it did take some convincing the guy on reception at 11pm at night to send up some replacements. He initially suggested we wait for house keeping in the morning which was ridiculous since we couldn't sleep with the pillows we had.

Easy to walk to areas. Great restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and tidy with good room amenities.

It’s hard to dislike anything in Vienna. That said, I had a difficult time communicating with the staff prior to our arrival. Email was missed…too complicated to get into. I think we were put into the cheapest unit in the classification of room we booked. There were stairs inside the unit without a handrail. I had specifically filtered for no stairs when I searched because I have severe problems with my balance. How we got that unit I will never know and I was told there was nothing else available. The Concierge staff was mixed. Some were extremely helpful, some were lackadaisical. There were several little things that were missing from the room, like soap in the bathtub, for one. But it was clean and close to the best neighborhood.
