Good location but there are better places to stay around. The experience and service is not great. The parking is very expensive and housekeeping is limited. The beds are hard and not a luxury hotel.

Residence con posizione centrale, collegata benissimo a tutto quanto c’è da visitare. Purtroppo le camere non sono insonorizzate x cui si dorme poco, e soprattutto la pulizia delle stesse è molto sommaria/superficiale, a volte scadente!

Generell würde ich das Apartmenthaus immer wieder nehmen, die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, sowohl zum Stephansdom als auch zum Ring sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, sodass man eine sehr gute Anbindung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr hat. Auch ist man uns sehr hilfsbereit begegnet und hat uns sogar bei unserem vielen Gepäck enorm geholfen. Gestört hat uns jedoch, dass nicht alle an der Rezeption der deutschen Sprache wirklich mächtig waren, da gab es einige Missverständnisse. Das müsste eine Grundvorraussetzung für den Einsatz an der Rezeption sein, denn so selten sind ja deutsche Gäste nicht. Da ich gehbehindert bin, waren die Stufen zum Frühstücksraum für mich ein Hindernis, da sollte eine Rampe selbstverständlich sein ( soll in der Planung sein)

Always fantastic. Great location, super helpful staff. If you need a base in Vienna for a few days or more, this is the place. It was a regular home to me pre-covid, this is the first time back since then, but standards have improved if anything.

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutto il centro storico a piedi. Camere Deluxe spaziose e comode. Ottima la macchina Nespresso in camera. Colazione buona con varietà diverse ogni giorno di dolce e salato.
