Lovely hotel, well located near public transport in an area with plenty to do too. The room was comfortable with a great fresh design. Bar and rooftop terrace were a great place to go after a day out. Staff very friendly.

It was a great stay with great cleanliness and friendly staff. It was close to the station and supermarket, and I felt that there was no problem with public safety. It was a little noisy at night, but not so much that I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is well located near Westbahnhof. It would be best to reach there by bus from the airport. There are multiple buses and trams that could be reached within walking distance. Major tourist attraction such as Schönbrunn can be reached easily via tram connections. There are a lot of restaurants around and we especially recommend the Japanese place next door :)
All in all, the hotel is chic and clean. The room is a bit small but well equipped. They also have a little reading area/ pantry in the shared area which is a good additipn, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea there with a nice book. Note that they have self check-in which is pretty efficient.

It was really close to the station and the internal facilities were clean and nice.
I booked this hotel without any expectations, but it was an excellent choice. :)
After moving to a different accommodation, I compare and miss it even more haha.

The room is very simple and clean, and it is rather close to the metro station. They also offer a free drink for you if you choose not to make up your room through your stay which is quite nice as I usually do not make up room anyways. You will need to tap in at the hotel main entrance if you come back late which makes the hotel abit more secure I guess.
However there are limited amenities in the room, such as lack of a mini fridge etc. The showers also have no doors and is surrounded by glass panels, so you need to be comfortable to share a room like that with the person you are staying with.
Otherwise not too bad a stay!

"I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ruby Lissy in Vienna and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The location in the heart of the city was unbeatable as I had easy access to all the sights and activities. The rooms were not not only stylish and modern but also extremely comfortable.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful which made my stay even more enjoyable.I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel.The Hotel Ruby Lissy will definitely be my first Choice for future stays in Vienna!"
