酒店位置真的無可挑剔 附近走2分鐘就是U4地鐵站 出入非常方便 走10分鐘內就到滿是餐廳的街道
前台員工非常熱情 一到步已經熟悉住客 已準備好所有入住資料 提供了維也納地圖 態度滿分💯
前台也提供24小時服務 不過擔心晚上找不到員工
房間設備齊全 廁所乾淨而且乾濕分離 非常舒適
值得讚賞是衣架非常的多！兩人房至少每人可用6-7個衣架！衣櫃更是有兩個 架子亦非常多空間
房間有露台和窗戶 可以隨時開關 不怕熱焗 關上也不會漏風
唯獨插頭位置只有一邊床邊和電視下面 床邊附近的還要揭開窗簾才知道有
早餐正常 食物種類不多不少 整體體驗可說是滿分

It's convenient because it's close to the station. However, the supermarket in the neighborhood closes early and doesn't have any substitutes for meals. It's different from Japanese convenience stores. There are no amenities, so please bring your own. The souvenir bags were thrown away during cleaning and the front desk didn't look for them even when I asked them. The service is the worst. There are no rooms with a bath, but in reality there are no rooms with a bath. Please be careful when making a reservation. Unlike in Japan, European hotels do not offer any services. Of course, it's different for luxury hotels. Please note that there are three power plugs. You cannot charge your phone unless you bring a converter.

Hotel with a great location, Vienna center is easily accessible on foot. Rooms are functional, clean, internet/Wi-Fi problem-free. The only thing missing is a fridge (if you need it), but there are also apartments to book.

Value for money in this hotel. Unfortunately the trigger in our bathroom was broken. This would also result in the first mold stains. The reception was informed on the first day, but during our short stay there was no repair.
The breakfast is good! There is a little bit of space in front of the buffet, but it works.

Obviamente não é um hotel de luxo, mas tem todas as comodidades, um muito bom pequeno almoço, quarto confortável e muito central na sua localização. Aconselho a escolha deste hotel se prefere gastar dinheiro a visitar em museus em vez de um hotel 5*, como foi o meu caso. Além disso, está perto de uma estação de metro.

If I could, my stars would be 10! I booked six nights at the 'Hotel Kolpinghaus Wien Zentral', about 10 minutes on foot from the Ring, 3 minutes from MariaHilf, 1 minute from the Naschmarkt. I had a very clean, awesome and large double room, with an amazing continental breakfast included. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and kind. Last but not least, the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. I really couldn't ask for more! Great convenience, outstanding experience! Thanks a lot!
