Unfortunately, we were given the wrong room due to an internal rebooking. However, this "mistake" was quickly corrected. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel. Positive: there is a drinks machine available and it is very easy to reach by public transport. Negative: no key box when checking out.

There is still half a construction site in the garage area and stairwell, the garage entrance is very steep, not suitable for low-slung cars. The shower is in the room. After I paid the bill including breakfast when checking out at 7:00, it turned out that breakfast is not served until 8:00 on public holidays. As I was boarding at the airport at 9:00, I was unable to wait until 8:00 to have breakfast. Unfortunately, when I pointed this out, I was not offered a coffee or a refund for the breakfast price I had just paid. What a pity. Very difficult check in, as I had no wifi or data to contact for the code (no evening recption) would have been good to send code with confirmation. Had to walk two blocks to a pizza shop to have them call and try and explain we needed the code. They told us to go back to hotel and call from there, again I had to explain my Canadian cell cannot call in Europe. Upon entry to our room, there was but 1 pillow and 1 twin blanket for 2 twin beds. When we messaged (using the hotel wifi) to complain they asked if we could share? 2 people 1 pillow and blanket??? Ultimately we were directed to a key for another room where we were able to grab another pillow and blanket. All od this made for a rather frustrating experience. Rooms were basic and dated, but I will say very clean.

Everything was good except the wifi. They had an engineer come and claim it was okay. But that was only on the ground floor. I was on the third floor and could not get any internet access.

There was no anyone on reception, they promised to be in 1 min, but nobody came. When we re-call again in 20 mins - they wanted my credit card information first and then did not pick uo phone. No refund! Be careful, it look like scam!

So bad !!! Reception should be open untel 20:00 but at 19:00 nobody is there. Wrong phone bulbe on notice, support not helpfull, what a mess to ger Keys. Rooms are small, bed not goog, forget it. Also... no parking and no place un the Street. Forget this hotel

I stayed at the Hahn Hotel for 3 days on business and felt very comfortable! The rooms are clean and have everything you need! The price is absolutely reasonable! Small bar, decent breakfast and good coffee, as well as a wonderful garden in the courtyard to work and enjoy the peace and quiet! It's great for Vienna that there is a private underground car park!
