Excellent location. Short walk from Wien Mitte / airport train..Very helpful and friendly staff - answered emails promptly. Very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever come across. Large 3 bed, plenty space for 6 of us to relax. Would highly recommend.

Disgusting sewage smell infiltrating bathroom and kitchen TV not working for the weekend and someone finally came on a Monday Bathtub fixtures were faulty Safe didn’t work Weak wifi Very stained rugs and furniture

This is a very nice apartment in a fantastic location, close to a Metro Station and Trams. We stayed 5 days in September. It was very big (85m) and renovated. Refrigerator had lots of space and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the Washing Machine worked well. The bathroom was very big and there was an air conditioner in the main room and one in the bedroom that worked very well! So why only 4 *'s? Well there were several annoying things about our stay and most could be fixed easily. Caffeinated Beverages...There was lot's of Decaf coffee but only 6 pods of Caffeinated, not very much for 2 people for 5 days. Also no caffeinated tea (they did bring more coffee when I asked). There was only 2 Bath Towels, 2 Hand Towels, 2 Kitchen towels, and 2 washcloths...Again not much for 5 day stay. The kitchen was sp****ly stocked with minimal silverware, pots & pans, etc. No ice trays for the freezer and the freezer door was broken. The floors and rugs were dirty. The coffee maker had 2 pods stuck in it and wouldn't function (they brought us a different in the PM of Day 2). The hot water heater took 10+ minutes to heat the shower to lukewarm. There was no shelf in the shower to put soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Several of these are due to the Housekeeper but others are on the Management.
