The Hotel is clean, efficient and well appointed. The Hotel staff is a little aloof, not exactly warm and fuzzy to deal with. My room had a halogen light outside the window with no blockout blinds, which was annoying. The only other criticism I'd have is that the coffee machines they use, don't make very good coffee. Clean and efficient, yes, but not tasty at all!

Very nice hotel! The location is excellent. There is a train station and subway 500 meters away. The front desk staff is very friendly. Free drinking water and apples are provided at the front desk every day. The room is a bit small, but clean and tidy. It is a very comfortable stay☺️☺️☺️

Environment: good and convenient transportation

Stayed in this hotel for 3 consecutive days, very good, there are good Japanese restaurants around, not far from the station. The layout of the hotel is very careful, and there are fresh pink roses on the breakfast table.

Not bad. The location is right next to the city hall. There is also a small children's playground there.

It was convenient to stay near the Christmas market. Walkable market nearby. With one maid who cleans A female server wearing glasses during breakfast in the morning, etc. Only 2 people were friendly. Even if the desk responds with a smile As an Asian, my expression completely changed when I inquired. Not friendly to Asians. The room is small for the price and I booked for 2 people. There was only one sofa, which was inconvenient. Disappointed for the price as the facilities are outdated.

We loved out stay at the Hotel Rathauspark. It is ideally situated, within walking distance of many attractions, and the staff were superbly friendly and helpful. Even though a part of the facility was undergoing renovation we did not experience noise or inconvenience, except that the lounge area was not available. Breakfast was sumptuous. Shoutout to Kain who always greeted us with a warm smile.

Somehow I expect more from a 4-star Radisson hotel. This was a GREAT 3-star hotel, but definitely not 4. Apart from it being renovated, which led to it having workers on the floor, half of it cut off and the facade all covered with scaffolding (which made it difficult to find it at first night), the overall cleanliness of the carpet left a bit to be desired. Plus in the WC there were very few amenities. Otherwise the beds were really comfortable and the TV had a huge amount of channels. The personnel were really kind and nice as well.
