Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied.

Excellent location. Very well maintained. Only issue is that coming from India we are accustomed to much higher hospitality standards and for this kind of money we can find some of the best hotels in India.

정말 중심가에 위치해서 안전하고 잘 관리된 호텔이에요. 방의 층고가 높아서 좋았어요. 다만 물이 없고(오스트리아는 수돗물을 먹어도 된다더니 그래서 그런듯?!) 커피포트도 없어요.

Nice hotel. Great location. Helpful staff. Our issue was with our room. The actual room falls far short of what is promised on the booking website. The room was in the attic with sloping roofs that made walking around difficult - it was even more so in the bathroom where the sloping roof made it difficult to stand up straight in the shower. The description also said "city view" - the only view out of the windows in this attic room were the walls on the edge of the building. Had I been aware of these issues, I would have booked elsewhere.

the hotel crew were so kind nice and helpfull
they even make dinner reservations for the best places in town for us
the location of the hotel is perfect for places to see in town ,very close to the staadsoper ,you can go anywhere by walking also it is on a very nice shooping street.
it is a centre hotel but silent and rooms are big (so clean and comfortable)
we liked and enjoyed it a lot

We enjoyed our stay in this luxury hotel. Everything is very modern, clean and in good condition. Located in the heart of the city center, we were able within a short distance to all the major monuments. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
