this hotel is a king rubbish. I booked two rooms in wrong date due to mis-operation in App. then I cancelled and rebooked the correct date. however the reject to refund the money for wrong date booking. the App contacted the hotel and explained the reason the hotel still rejected to return the money. it is shoked they never feel shame to rob the client money using this way.

Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and luckily they spoke Spanish. Very close to the metro station and very well connected to everything. I recommend it without a doubt

The overall feeling is good. There is a Chinese Vienna travel brochure. The transportation is convenient. It is very close to the Vienna West Railway Station and is easily accessible. The hygiene in the room is pretty good, but the space is not big.

The bathroom was recently remodeled and the bathroom was very clean and nice.
