Great hotel located at Subway exit and quiet location. Room was large and met all expectations staff were exceptional and value for money was excellent. Would stay again

Our room was very outdated and dark. There weren’t enough light fixtures to begin with, and the bulbs were very dim. I think they’ve taken eco-friendly too far. The staff was good, particularly Patrick, who went above and beyond.

Esattamente all'uscita della metro Neubaugasse, comodissimo per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. A piedi dista pochissimo dal Quartiere dei Musei e Hofburg. Si trova in una via ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti deliziosi. L'hotel è incastonato tra i palazzi, si fa quasi fatica a vederlo, e la hall è in un cortile interno. La nostra camera family era immensa, con letti comodi, minibar, coffee tea maker. Buonissimi i prodotti beauty. La colazione molto abbondante, con tantissime scelte sia dolci che salate. Personale sempre cortese, disponibile e pronto. Un rapporto qualità-prezzo eccezionale, in una posizione strategica. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana Neubaugasse,vicino al quartiere dei musei,su una via dello shopping viennese,da consigliare sicuramente e da ritornarci,camera 421 ampia ai piani alti lontana dall’ascensore per cui silenziosa ,non abbiamo usufruito della colazione prezzo un po’ esagerato per due persone ma comunque in media con i prezzi che ci sono a Vienna

I booked an apar**ent because I was told I would have a mini kitchen, when I arrived I found I only had a microwave without any ventilation system. The sofa bed is below criticism,I would ask the hotel manager to sleep a few nights on this bed,then come back with feedback.Every morning I woke up to the smell of onions coming from the hotel restaurant.
