We arrived late Sunday evening after a very long day of travel. The front desk agent was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and loved the bathrobes. Location was terrific. In heart of center city. My college age daughters and I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Vienna.

Great property - the rooms were amazing for the price! Didn't realise when we booked it was right off the main shopping street - but it didn't impact the stay and none of the noise carried!

Sehr charmanter Empfang, großes Zimmer (Zimmer 308), gemütlich, Holzboden, Rain Schauer und normale Dusche, Nespresso Maschine, harte Matratze mit gemütlicher Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundlicher Service, tolle Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden
