room is big and clean,loacation is very good. This price also includes breakfast, which is very suitable for a family of four.

This should be 3 star hotels and 4. Location and service is very good but facilties is not suitable to 4 stars hotel.

I saw some people responded that this hotel is very bad, only 2~3 points! But I personally think it is 95% good👍 The location is in the city center, next to the subway station U3 line, West Railway Station (you can buy tickets at OBB), there are only 2 subway stations. U3 is the orange line, it is convenient to transfer to other stations, buy the subway/bus ticket that Zhang Ren takes You can go anywhere! The room has 3 single beds, clean and odorless! The toilet cleaning towels are OK, although water leaks from the bottom of the wash basin (very rare, acceptable), but otherwise I am satisfied! Towels are changed every day, as long as you put them on the floor of the bathtub before leaving the room! Breakfast: fried eggs, cold cut, cucumber slices, shredded bell peppers, 3-5 types of bread, 5-6 types of cheese, 3-4 types of liver pate (very delicious), 2 types of butter + delicious chocolate sauce. Chestnut 2 types of rice flakes, orange juice, fresh milk, coffee, 6-8 types of black tea/fruit tea/spice tea. All meals are available from 7am to 10am until you are full (don’t waste it!) And the gentleman in the picture is such a nice guy! Very easy-going! I only pay more than 800 yuan/day! Great value, my wife and I also like it very much! But I personally think that it is not a 4-star hotel. From the perspective of Hong Kong people, it is a hotel upstairs! Of course, compared to the upstairs hotel in Hong Kong, the room is much larger! Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high!

There was no response on the intercom and I was unable to enter the hotel building, but a kind other guest opened the door for me. It was close to the city center and I was glad to be able to stay at a low cost. There were no problems with the facilities, and although I didn't know how to operate the heating, it was always at a comfortable temperature. There were no hot dishes at breakfast and the variety was limited, but I was satisfied. I would like to use this again.

Conveniently located near the subway station. The room was also clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is also very delicious and is suitable for long-term stays.

Simple, clean hotel, but really recommended. On a city trip you're only there to sleep anyway. Breakfast was also pretty simple, but everyone found something. Would book it again.

Location very good, cleanliness also OK (there was a razor blade in the bathroom from the previous customer), old and new in one...

The location was fine, about half a mile from the Kunstmuseen. It was about 250-300m from the Neubaugasse U-bahn entrances and less than 200m from a Billa supermarket. There is a gym, Evo, within 100m so anyone wanting to workout can look at the option of joining for a month or maybe can email them and do a deal for a shorter period. It is not a purpose-built hotel but a couple of floors in an office building. The entrance area has signs for other businesses, a lift and concrete stairs with no carpet or vinyl. The room was small and had no tea or coffee making facilities though it had a minibar. There was a decent amount of space for clothing provided by drawers, shelves and hangers. There was a safe which could accommodate a tablet but not a laptop. The shower had good pressure but the wash-hand basin drain developed a leak for which the solution was a bucket. There was one hand towel, one bath towel and one bath mat provided and they were quite thin. The heated towel rail gets switched off so if you have been out in the rain and get soaked, good luck with trying to dry clothing. There was a courtyard for a view and a refuse bin right outside the window. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests and the choice of breakfast items was very limited. Only two cereal dispensers, no croissants, no pastries and no options for fresh fruit juice. I really don't know why this accommodation has a four star rating. It looks more like a two star standard and has no benefits such as a gym, pool, sauna or the like. I have stayed in two star hotels that provide bigger rooms, better options for breakfast and even a bar.

No way does this establishment deserve 4 stars. My room, which was definitely not spacious, was on 1st floor looking onto flat roof (covered with pebbles) of the floor below, this was designated smoking area, couldn’t see sky without being a contortionist. There was no kettle in room, 4* hotels normally have at least a kettle, very often a coffee machine. The bedding and towels very poor quality, bottom sheet stretchy terry type, towels VERY thin, very well-worn. House-keeping was dubious one day, shower room untouched another day. The breakfast area (which includes “Reception”) was cramped, “fresh orange” was like watered down diluting orange. Still and sparkling water provided, neither had been refrigerated. TV had only one English language channel – BBC World News, not great but at least kept one abreast of events while away from the UK. On the plus side – the shower room was fresh and clean, shower excellent, although the hair dryer was either on or off, no selection available for heat or air flow. I have stayed in Austria many times, this was definitely the worst hotel ever, certainly DO NOT recommend.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay, we stayed in room 20, a family room which was ideal for us ( 3 adults, 1 teenager). The owners and staff were really helpful, friendly and patient. The rooms were super clean and fresh, came with soap, shower gel, towels. Breakfast was perfect, fresh breads, meats, cheese, salad , yogurt, eggs and cereal. Location was ideal, being on the main *****. Not too loud, was able to have a decent sleep. Would highly recommend!

Located conveniently in the downtown of Vienna (the main shopping street), this place (not a fully-fledged hotel; "pension" is a more accurate description) offers a good price/value ratio.

Excellent location to explore Vienna. Breakfast could be improved.
