Stayed at this hotel for three nights in a row. When I booked this hotel, I was mainly interested in its location, which is not far from the Golden Hall and the National Opera House. After checking in, I felt that other aspects of the hotel were also good. The hygiene is satisfactory, the service attitude of the front desk staff is good, and the breakfast is the standard meal for Austrian hotels (meaning that it is similar to other hotels in Austria). The hotel is only 200 meters away from the subway station. The hotel room door does not use a key card, but a traditional door lock and key. The heavy key tag is very distinctive. There is a big picture of Mozart statue hanging in the bathroom, and there is a small speaker on the wall that plays music, but we don't know how to use it.
