"I always say it: what makes a hotel great is its staff." The hotel has met my expectations, due to the quality/price ratio. The correct room, as well as the breakfast; Cleaning well and the same with the equipment. The hotel is not bad located, it has public transport right outside the door and a metro station very close, just 300m away. But the best thing about the hotel is its staff. The reception team has been fantastic, they have helped us a lot with orientation, restoration, transfer to the airport, etc. Always attentive to our needs. This is the great value of this hotel. Thanks to everyone.

I was positively surprised, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. It was a pleasant stay with a lovely room. The breakfast was perfect, a large selection and everything was good. The location is also very good, right next to the tram, what more could you want.

Very nice place, with a very nice staff, and the room was nice and clean etc, but unfortunately the toilet didn't work and then the pool was closed :(

The room was wonderful, bed comfortable. Not close to main area, however, tram right in front of hotel.
We chose rate without breakfast, however, there is an Aldi's next to hotel (if you are on a budget), where you can purchase, croissants, pastries and cold coffee. The staff can warm something up for you if you ask, they speak English and are very nice. The room does not provide a bottle of water.

This hotel - bed and breakfast, was great! The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night, and food just like homemade. There was also a mini-bar in our room and prices were okay. We appreciated there was the free wi-fi connection. Our room was on the top floor and we had the most amazing view over Vienna. ♥ It is also near the Rathaus, just 15 minutes down the street so you don't need to use public transport.

The hotel is welcoming and very clean, the rooms are comfortable and equipped with all comforts (pity you couldn't even see a Rai channel on TV)...well-stocked and assorted breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. However, they should inform you that the swimming pool is no longer available, as the photos are still present on the official website.
