MyPlace - Premium Apartments City Centre

Close walking distance to see Vienna by foot but far enough away to not hear the city noise. Breakfast was ok. There always a lovely helpful lady serving in the breakfast room. And he room was equipped with all amenities needed for it to be a home from home experience they even have communal washing machines though we did not use this facility. A downside was they don’t provide housekeeping until day 4

The hotel is new and conveniently located. The room is very spacious and well equipped. The reception is warm and helpful. Strongly recommended.

This is a long overdue review as I should had written it ages ago. We stayed at My Place Premium Apartments City Centre at Vienna in Sept 23 for 3 nights. Rooms: We stayed at one of the executive rooms. We were pleased that they granted our requests & put us on the higher floor & let us early check-in (before 10am). Every room is spacious, including one living room plus dining room & a kitchen. We particularly love the high ceiling, the strong air con & the landing place. Love the decor in the shower room as well. It made us feel very relaxed for our entire trip & the room was nicely decorated! The only room for improvements were the sofa bed & the chairs were quite dirty, plus they didn't have satellite or lack of any English channels on TV. Services: the staffs were attentive & generally friendly. We want to say thank you to the staff/ manager called "Erzel" as he had been so helpful, allowed us to check-in early and booked a taxi for us to the airport! The lady at the kitchen was also attentive & kind too. The only small criticism was, when we called the reception & asked for an extra duvet on the first night, we had to call twice & waited for 2.5 hours & still no one turned up. At the end I had to go downstairs myself at 11pm & chased for it again. Location: It's only a few minutes walk to Schweden platz metro station (which in my view it is one of the most convenient stations as the u1 & u4 lines would take you everywhere in Vienna!), also it's just a few minutes walk to St Stephan's cathedral & easy walk to the Vienna High Street. The Spars supermarker is also just underneath the hotel as well. It is in the heart of Vienna city centre but it's so quiet. 5 out of 5 for the location! Breakfast: there weren't too much choices but they provided both hot food & continental breakfast. It was okay afterall. Overall, highly recommended! It's definitely one of the best hotels we stayed.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location for sightseeing. Easy walking distance to all the main sights.
