I actually didn't choose to stay in a shared room as I needed a quiet night. In my private room I felt everything was well equipped and finally thanks to the professional and friendly staff.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in a row. The next morning I plugged a power bank into the bedside socket to charge, and then went out. When I returned to the room at night, I found that all the sheets and quilt covers had been removed, and the power bank, data cable and plug were all missing. The receptionist on duty at night refused to talk to me directly in English, saying that my spoken English was too poor. He insisted that I type in English to communicate with him, and then he used Google Translate to convert the Ukrainian voice to Chinese voice to communicate with me. I think this is insulting. He claimed that the hotel was not responsible for the safety of anything in the guest room or luggage room, but I just asked him to ask the housekeeping staff about "when they clean the bed and remove the sheets and quilts, the power banks, data cables and... Is the plug still on the bed?" Finally, I asked him in a very strong tone if he refused to contact the cleaner for me, and he changed his mind and said that the cleaner was off work at this time (less than 9 pm), and I needed to go to the front desk at 7 am the next morning to ask, and he would contact me. My question was handed over to my colleague who was on duty the next morning. He didn't do that at all. I went to the front desk on time at 7 o'clock the next morning to inquire. The staff said they had no knowledge at all, and the cleaners did not go to work. I had to wait until they went to work before asking. She recorded my question and asked me to wait for a reply, but I couldn't wait any longer because my train leaving Vienna was at 8:58 in the morning. I left with nothing to show for it.

Acceptable, but only for cold months like fall and winter.
The room has basic things and is clean for a short stay. However, during summer it is very hot! No aircon and need to open the window which still cannot circulate enough and even bring so much noise. Won’t recommend for hot months. Also the bed is not comfortable at all, hope they put a better one.
Location is not in the city center, but is ok as there is multiple tram or metro or bus within 5 minutes walk. Also there is affordable cafe or eateries, and even a shopping mall within 5 minutes walk.
I may consider in future but only for cold months that can keep the windows closed.
