I arrived in Vienna worried because there was no response to my confirmation email through Trip.com, but the staff welcomed me kindly and I stayed for three nights in a pleasant environment. However, because the U2 line was under construction, transportation was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was an overall satisfactory stay.

Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

A really lovely hotel where the guests are all made to feel like VIPs. Staff are friendly and the facilities great. The pool is wonderful for an early morning swim, and the massage facilities were excellent. The restaurant has a delightful feel where you can have a leisurely breakfast, or enjoy a drink or meal. The weekend breakfasts were served until 14.00 which meant the only difficult decision was breakfast or brunch.

Hermosa habitación espaciosa, muy bien decorada con colores neutros que brindan serenidad. Detalles de baño que hacen la estancia muy cómoda. Servicio excepcional. The rooms are spacious, extremely quiet, and well appointed with modern, high quality bathroom features. We slept far better than at other luxury hotels due quiet, comfortable temp, and perfect pillows selected from a pillow menu. Don’t miss the huge selection of champagnes in the bar/restauant. Very well located for tourists- on ring road, in museum district, and a short walk from anything in the old city section. Service in every area was friendly, welcoming, and highly competent.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, die Zimmer sind super!!! ,wunderschöne - elegante Zimmer, tolle Betten, schöne Bäder, freundliche Mitarbeiter, geniales Frühstück , ein wunderschöner spa Bereich, der perfekt gepflegt ist. Tolles Schwimmbad 20 Meter mitten in der Stadt! Das Hotel ist der absolute Geheimtipp… einfach genial! Ich bin überzeugt dass es im Augenblick das best geführte Hotel von Wien ist. Hier stimmt alles!
