飯店服務很差，訂四個晚上結果第三天行李就被飯店打包，房間被強制換房，飯店還說不知道我有訂四個晚上，還有送行李的人態度很差，還問我們會不會英文，有種族歧視

Nous avons séjourné en famille pendant une semaine du 20 au 26 avril dans cet hôtel magnifique très bien situé et proche de toutes les commodités. Séjour exceptionnelle à tout de vue: Merci à tout le staff de la réception de l'accueil très chaleureux qu'ils nous ont réservés. le personnel à l'écoute et disponible Le petit déjeuner de haut niveau et personnel souriant, attentif et disponible. les chambres sont magnifiques, propreté impeccable avec des lits et oreillers divins le Spa est exceptionnel avec un staff aussi exceptionnel. Merci à tout le personnel d'Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna HOTEL. Je donne une note 10/10. ce fut un séjour exceptionnel. Abderrahim

Ausgesprochen schönes Haus, trotz - wie in Wien üblich - historischem Gebäude nach Umbau gelungene Innenarchitektur, hervorragend eingerichtet (ganz kleiner Abstrich: digitale Steuerung in den Zimmern unkomfortabel) , extrem freundliches, höfliches und aufmerksames Personal, exzellentes Frühstück, schöne Lobby. Kurze Wege in die innere Stadt, gute Anbindung mit U-BAHN an Flughafen. Kurzum: 1. Wahl nach Aufenthalt in anderen Häusern.

I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel for a conference that took place in the hotel itself. Great luxurious property with very nice rooms and facilities. They gave me a twin room, which was ok as this was a conference rate, and I didn't expect much flexibility. The room was spacious, with a marble bathroom and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was very good, with many quality choices, awesome surroundings, and great staff. Would stay again and recommend this property.

Remember that there is No option to go the pool with a child after 4pm, which they do not inform about. So it is rather family unfriendly hotel. Disappointment. The staff in spa do not speak english.

Struttura curata con camera sufficientemente pulita.
Intollerabile la moquette per terra piena di macchie ed il sistema di riscaldamento rumorosissimo, impossibile riposare in silenzio.
Frigo bar con pochissime bevande e privo di snack.
Il nostro omaggio di benvenuto era una bottiglia di vino con un solo flûte.
Dopo la nostra segnalazione, con richiesta di un altro flûte, ci è stata portata una piccola torta al cioccolato, priva di accorgimenti igienici, in un piatto con posate per una sola persona.
Dopo qualche ora, nel richiedere nuovamente il flûte mancante abbiamo richiesto anche un’altro piatto con le posate per una’altra persona, ma non abbiamo ricevuto mai nulla.
Personale gentile ma poco attento.
Ristorante all’interno dell’hotel chiuso.
Servizio di Concierge pessimo, ci hanno consigliato un ristorante mediocre Italiano con rapporto prezzo/qualità inadeguato e ci hanno fornito una guida turistica poco professionale che ha inoltre calcolato nella sua tariffa 30 minuti in più.
